1. Present
1.1 Select the class
Choose the class you want to present, either one you created yourself or one available in TOMi’s explorer, designed by other teachers in the community.
1.2 Access class actions
Click on the “Present” option.
1.3 Configure your students’ experience
• Student authentication: Enable this option to track student participation when they join the class. In this case, students must be registered on play.tomi.digital.
• Competition mode: Add a timer to questions and reward the fastest responses.
• Random answers: Automatically shuffle the order of answers for each question.
With an active subscription, when presenting a guided class you’ll also have access to these features:
• Polls: Add single-choice or multiple-choice questions. Perfect for checking students’ opinions or understanding.
• Random selection: The platform will randomly select a student to answer, encouraging participation and attention in a game-like dynamic.
• Brainstorming: Encourage active participation and collaboration by using an interactive board where students contribute ideas collectively.

2. Schedule
This option allows you to share a class so students can access and complete it on their own time. You decide how long it will remain available, with a maximum of 30 days.
2.1 Configure student options according to your preference:
• Classroom: Assign the class to a specific group of students you’ve already created (see how to create classrooms).
• Allow class download: Enable this so students can save the class to their devices and complete it anytime, without needing Wi-Fi or mobile data.
• Student authentication: Require students to log in before accessing the class. They must be registered on play.tomi.digital.
2.2 Configure question options as needed:
• Competition mode: Add a timer to each question and give extra points for faster answers.
• Randomized answers: Automatically shuffle the order of answer choices.
• Show answers: After finishing the class, allow students to review their answers and see which were correct or incorrect.
