TOMi 8 uses specially designed sheets for attendance, surveys, and grading. These formats are created to be accurately read by the device’s camera. To ensure everything works smoothly, please follow these usage and printing guidelines:

- Always print at actual size and high resolution. Do not resize, scale, or fit the sheets to the page.
- Do not cover, mark, fold, or scratch the black shapes or lines on the sheet—they are essential for accurate recognition.
- Avoid laminating or applying any protective or adhesive materials over the sheet.
- Handle the sheets by the edges only, avoiding the printed area and black borders.
- Do not trim or alter the margins; cutting must be precise to preserve the layout.
- Replace any sheets that are damaged, wrinkled, or erased. Physical deterioration affects camera accuracy.
