How do I activate a PIN?
To activate your PIN, go to the “Profile” section, which you’ll find in the dropdown menu by clicking on your photo in the top-right corner of the platform. The PIN is entered only once, and this activates the time you purchased. You can also see your subscription type and validity in that same section.
How do I change my email address?
Go to the “Profile” section, located in the dropdown menu by clicking your profile photo in the top-right corner of the platform. Then, under Account in TOMi.digital, click the “Change email” button on the right-hand side. Enter and confirm your new email address, then click “Submit” to save the changes. Don’t forget to check your inbox for the confirmation email.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to https://tomi.digital/es/auth/forgot. Enter your account email and click “Submit.” You’ll immediately receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
