Reports
The TOMi.digital platform automatically generates reports every time you present or schedule a class with your students. Follow these steps to consult and manage them:

1. Access the reports:
Select the “Reports” option in the left-hand menu of the main screen.

2. Review your reports:
In this section, you’ll find all the reports of the classes you’ve presented, whether guided or scheduled.

3. Filter the information:
Use the available filters to organize reports by date or by type of presentation (guided classes or scheduled classes).

4. Manage the reports:
On the right side of each class, click the three dots to access more options:
        Download: Save the report in PDF or Excel format.
        Rename: Change the report’s name for easier identification.
        Delete: Permanently remove the report from the platform.

5. View details:
Click on the class name to see the detailed report. You can choose between two views:
        By students: Analyze individual results.
        By questions: Review overall performance on each question.
